We're supporting Gaza's children through Hope & Play, who have reached over 200,000 children and their families with emergency support through the genocide.
Hope & Play's work is guided and delivered by community partners on the ground in Gaza. The focus has been on keeping children and their families alive, and providing activities and therapy to give them hope for life. This has meant mobile kitchens and water deliveries, but also running 3 schools, regular art and art therapy workshops, sporting tournaments, a rollerblading academy (!), children's theatre plays (sadly having to weave in how to avoid unexploded ordnance) and many more activities.
It is in some of those that Gaza's children created the art for their hopes and dreams, which are the subject of 2026's calendar. Reminding us that over 2 years in, they do still hope, even if their hopes are for things that we take for granted - homes, safety, laughter.
