If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

PSC will accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging. UK customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. For international orders you will have 40 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. Please ensure you include your contact details and proof of purchase and return your items to:

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at shop@palestinecampaign.org before the 14-day period expires.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you the full price of the goods, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content once download has begun with your consent.
